About

Welcome to How Do I Human? And Other Questions I Can’t Answer, a When I started this blog, I thought it would be full of sarcastic wit and funny anecdotes about navigating life as a neurodivergent adult. Instead, it has become a deep dive into the realities of being autistic and ADHD—sometimes funny, often frustrating, but always honest.

This is a space where I share what I’ve learned (and what I’m still figuring out) about living in a world that isn’t built for my brain. From autistic burnout and emotional regulation to parenting neurodivergent kids, I explore the challenges, strategies, and occasional triumphs that come with being wired differently.

I write about real experiences, the moments of clarity that come years too late, the sensory struggles that make everyday life feel like an endurance test, and the myths about autism that I wish would disappear. I want this blog to be a resource, a place where others—whether they’re neurodivergent themselves or supporting someone who is—can find understanding, validation, and maybe even a few “oh my god, me too” moments.

If you’re here looking for answers, insights, or just reassurance that you’re not alone, welcome. I can’t promise solutions to everything, but I can promise honesty, lived experience, and the occasional well-placed swear word.
